DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

This Digital Product License ("License") governs your use of digital products purchased or otherwise obtained from Feather & Fire Systems ("Feather & Fire Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using one of our digital products, you agree to this License. If you do not agree, do not download or use the product.

1. YOU ARE LICENSED, NOT SOLD, THE PRODUCT

Our digital products are licensed to you, not sold. Feather & Fire Systems and its licensors retain all ownership of, and all intellectual property rights in, each product — including its design, structure, text, formulas, templates, graphics, and organization — except for the limited license granted in Section 2. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this License.

2. THE LICENSE WE GRANT YOU

We grant the purchasing individual or business a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product as follows:

One business. The license covers one business — the business that purchased the product (or the business named at purchase). A separate license is required for each additional business, location operated as a separate business, or entity.

Use inside that business. Within that one business, the product may be used by the owner and by people who work for that business in the ordinary course of its operations — employees, and contractors, assistants, or family members who help run that business — so long as use stays inside that business.

Customize for your business. You may enter your own business's information into the product and adapt fields, labels, categories, and settings for your own business's internal use.

Copies for your own use. You may make copies of product files as reasonably needed for backup, device changes, and use within the licensed business, and you may print included guides and documents for internal use by the licensed business.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not, and you may not allow anyone else to:

Share, give, lend, or make the product (or your login, download links, or files) available to any person or business outside the licensed business — whether free or for payment.

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, or offer the product, in whole or in part, in original or modified form, as your own product or as part of another product or service for sale.

Use the product, its structure, or its content to create a competing product intended for distribution or sale.

Claim ownership of the product, remove or alter copyright, trademark, or branding notices within it, or present the product as your own creation.

Upload the product files to any public or shared file library, template gallery, course platform, group, or forum where others could access them.

Use the product for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes another's rights.

Modified or customized copies remain subject to this License; customizing a product does not transfer any ownership to you.

4. YOUR CONTENT STAYS YOURS

Information, data, and content you enter into a product belong to you. This License grants us no rights in your business data. We claim no ownership of records you create using our products.

5. UPDATES AND NEW VERSIONS

This License covers the version of the product you purchased. We may release updates, corrections, or new versions; unless a product's description expressly states that updates are included, an update or new version may be offered separately. Where we provide a corrected or replacement file for a defective product, it is covered by this same License.

6. NO WARRANTY BEYOND OUR POLICIES

Digital products are provided as described in their product descriptions and are covered by the delivery and defect help in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our products are business tools; they are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and using them does not create any professional advisory relationship.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to a digital product is limited as stated in our Terms of Sale — in no event more than the amount you paid for that product — and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, a product.

8. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE

This License ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies of the product files in your possession, except copies of records and documents containing your own business data. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund except where our Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law requires one.

9. GENERAL

This License is governed by Indiana law as stated in our Terms of Sale, which are incorporated by reference. If any provision of this License is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
